SEA WATER DESALINATION

Sea water desalination Containerization Water Treatment Plant Containerization

KELOPURE supplies any water treat ment in a containerizable version with various available options based on:

Plant size
Accessibility requirements
Site temperature
ATEX zone requirements
Containerization presents many advantages: Limited civil works (only container foundation) - Fast implementation (turnkey)
Containerization of a water treatment plant does not only include the supply of a container, it includes the complete installation of the plant:
- Connected piping between equipments: pumps, vessels, skids, tanks
- Cabling and wiring of pumps and instrumentation to main control cabinet.

Accessibility

In order to ease filter refill or membrane replacement, extra doors can be built on the side or on the roof. The container can have one double door or two double door access for maintenance purpose.

Temperature ("Hot/Cold" containers)

In hot climate areas, electrical devices and fluids must be kept below 35oC to ensure good process performance. The temperature inside a container placed under direct sunlight can easily reach 80oC, therefore we offer air-cooled insulated container with external sunlight rejection coating.

In cold area, fluids must be kept above freezing points and electrical equipment suffer from temperature below 5oC. In this case, we offer insulated containers with heating equipment.

In case of large temperature variations, inside temperature is kept below +5oC and +35oC.

ATEX

A non-ATEX certified equipment can become ATEX by being containerized.
