Chemical Industry Pure Water or Ultrapure Water is mainly used for preparation water of battery industry, chemical analysis, washing of chemical material and product, separation, concentration and purification of substance, reclaim of waste water, etc. According to customer’s detailed specification, we can produce pure water or ultrapure water equipment by combing the technology of RO, ion exchange, EDI in different method, which can produce the product water to meet customers’ need economically and practically.
Features
Traditional ultrapure water treatment technology produces ultrapure water by ion exchange which needs the frequent resin regeneration wasting both resource and manpower. With years experience and introducing latest membrane separation technology, we always produce the ultrapure water by RO and ion exchange system (or EDI); It has the advantages of lower operation cost and operation reasonable comparing to traditional technology, and has the advantages of lower and consumables easy to gain comparing to latest technology.

1. Ion Exchange:
Raw Water→Raw Water Pump→Multi-media Filter→Activated Carbon Filter→Water Softener→Cartridge Filter→Cation Bed→Anion bed→Mixed Bed→Micro Filter→Product Outlet Water
2. Double Pass RO:
Raw Water→Raw Water Pump→Multi-media Filter→Activated Carbon Filter→Water Softener→Cartridge Filter→1st Pass RO→PH Adjusting→Buffer Tank→2nd Pass RO→Product Outlet Water
3. EDI
Raw Water→Raw Water Pump→Multi-media Filter→Activated Carbon Filter→Water Softener→Cartridge Filter→RO→Buffer Tank→EDI Booster Pump→EDI→Product Outlet Water
